7-day money-back

  • Applies to the one-time 7-Day Cram Access and the one-time Exam Pass.
  • Email quizprepinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the email you paid with, and we refund you in full. No questions asked.
  • The refund ends that access. One money-back refund per person per exam.

Pass Guarantee: who it covers

  • Exam Pass (one-time): we refund the full price of the pass.
  • 7-Day Cram Access (one-time $15): we refund what you paid.
  • Monthly All-Access: we refund the payments you made in the 120 days before your exam date, for the exam you were preparing for.

To qualify

  1. You bought the Exam Pass or 7-Day Cram Access, or were an active All-Access member, before your exam date.
  2. You sat the official exam while your access was active (within the 120 days of an Exam Pass, or the 7 days of Cram Access).
  3. Before your exam, you answered at least 75% of the questions in that exam's Quizprep bank and completed at least 2 full mock exams. We check this from your account history.
  4. You email quizprepinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of your exam date with your official score report showing you did not pass.

What happens next

  • We reply within 2 business days and send the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
  • A refunded Exam Pass ends your access to that exam's prep.
  • One guarantee refund per person per exam.
